  The Chicago Paralegal Association (CPA) monthly board meeting will be held on each second Wednesday of the month (unless otherwise noted).  Each monthly board meeting is open for members to learn more about the CPA, share questions or concerns, or meet new members! 

  Registration is required and is only open to current members. In registering to attend this meeting, you must accept the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement.

  Once you have registered, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual meeting.  Please note that non-members who wish to attend the board meeting must request permission by emailing info@chicagoparalegals.org.

Ethical considerations and requirements, as well as new case precedents, mistrials and sanctions are popping up daily throughout the country due to the misuse and lack of understanding of the affect social media now has in the work environment and practice of law. Class participants will be armed with specific techniques and tools to identify and collect evidence from social media sources. The presentation qualifies for 1 hour of Ethics MCLE credit.
