Caregiving comes with complex emotions and events. While it can be a rewarding experience that can strengthen the bond between you and your family, it can also be a stressful situation to navigate from a mental, emotional, physical, and financial perspective. In this program, speakers will address the various challenges and stressors faced by caregivers, providing practical strategies and resources to support their well-being and planning needs. The program covers a wide range of topics including caregiver stress and burnout, coping with life changes, handling grief and loss, and attending to both emotional and physical health. Additionally, it offers guidance on essential estate planning matters such as incapacity planning, durable powers of attorney, health care directives, guardianship, conservatorship, and financial planning.
