The Chicago Paralegal Association (CPA) Annual Membership Meeting and Election will be held for the purpose of electing directors and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting. The election will be conducted by online ballot which will be emailed to all current Active/Voting Members on October 5, 2022. Online ballots must be completed and submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 12, 2022. Anyone interested in declaring themselves as a candidate for an available board position may submit a statement of candidacy setting forth their qualifications and/or reasons they are interested in serving on the board, as well as the position they are seeking to secretary@chicagoparalegals.org no later than October 4, 2022. Open board positions include: -Director of Membership -Director-at-Large -President-Elect -Director of Student/Professional Operations Registration is required and is only open to current members. In registering to attend this meeting, you must accept the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual meeting. Please note that non-members who wish to attend the membership meeting must request permission by emailing info@chicagoparalegals.org.
