From: Public Notice Network/Chicago Law Bulletin

Publishing your probate notices is easier than ever! Public Notice Network, part of Law Bulletin Media (owners of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin), in January, launched an online portal to submit your notices in six easy steps and request publication.

The process is user-friendly and convenient and allows you to:

  • See the actual notice and how it will appear when it is published so you can make any necessary changes
  • Pay for the notice at completion with a credit card and print a receipt
  • Have a receipt along with the text of the notice automatically emailed to you
  • Access your certificate of publication on the site once the notice has been published all three times

Their team will:

  • Publish the notice(s) in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin
  • Provide you with copies of the notice
  • eFile your certificate of publication with the Circuit Court of Cook County and you can access the eFiled copy on our website
  • Upload the notice to PublicNoticeIllinois.com, an aggregated website of public notices hosted by the Illinois Press Association as required by law, and to the ChicagoDailyLawBulletin.com

If you prefer to email them your notice instead of using the website, you can do so. Email it to PublicNotice@LawBulletinMedia.com.

To place public notices in Illinois outside of Cook County or learn more about PNN, please contact Gina Gallichio today at ggallichio@lawbulletinmedia.com or 312-644-7395. They have relationships to handle all of the details with more than 200 newspapers across the state.
